How long does it take to receive my domain name?
What do I need to receive a domain name?
Domain names are managed by a registrar. In order to receive a domain name from us you need an account with a domain registrar. Popular registrars include: GoDaddy; Domain.com; Bluehost; NameCheap. It is generally free to create an account with a registrar. Once you have created an account, we'll just need your account information to transfer the domain to you. It's important to note that some registrars charge a small fee for the transfer of around 20 USD. This is paid by the account holder receiving the domain.
Are there any additional costs?
The only additional cost is a domain transfer fee charged by the domain registrar of around 20 USD which is paid by the account holder receiving the domain.
How long does it take to receive my logo?
Upon completion of full payment, you will receive a copy of the logo file in a transparent png file format for immediate use within 24 hours. Depending on your requirements and any changes or alternative logo requests, you will receive the full source files within a further 24 hours.
What file format do you provide the logo and source files in?
Our designers use a variety of tools to produce the logo files, including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Spark. The primary logo file is provided in a rastor format, usually as a transparent png file for immediate use. The source files can be provided in an Adobe AI & EPS file formats or shared as an Adobe Spark Project upon request. Specific requirements for high-definition files can also be considered.
Can I change the logo design?
Yes! All of our domain names come with up to two alternative logo designs. You can also keep the original one. A branding expert will work with you to understand your design preferences and we'll include a limited number of revisions for your new designs. New logo designs typically take between 2-5 days. Contact us to request a logo change or claim your alternative logo designs.
Can I make an offer for a domain I've found on the site?
Yes! We are open to any reasonable offers, however, we believe our domains are competitively priced. Don't forget we offer you the added value of providing a professional logo service, a free logo revision, fast domain transfers and great customer service!

What is your refund policy?
Excluding exceptional circumstances, refunds or exchanges are not permitted once payment has been made and the domain transfer is initiated. This is because we cannot stop a transfer once initiated.
Do you own the domains that you sell?
Yes! Unless clearly stated we own the registration of all of the domains that we sell on the site. This is important in order to maintain the integrity of our service. You may have seen other sites offering thousands of domains owned by third-parties. Whilst this gives you a great deal of choice the acquisition of the domain is not assured as it depends on the third-party releasing the domain - assuming that they haven't already sold it on another marketplace.
